We are looking for retail sales assistants to work in our Baby & Children’s Boutique in Dumfries Town Center.

We have a huge selection of quality children’s clothing, kids footwear, baby toys & gifts for children of all ages. You will be working with designer children’s brands advising customers and helping them to chose a perfect outfit or gift for their families, friends, children & grand children. Dealing with our day to day running duties in our shop including deliveries, unpacking & merchandising stock. Fulfilling online orders and any customers queries on the phone, in store or directly on our website.

The ideal candidate will :

Have good communications skills to work face to face with our customers and on our online shop.

Be well presented.

Have a knowledge of working on computers and Epos systems.

Be able to work in a busy retail environment.

Have the ability to work efficiently on their own but also with our existing team.

Having a knowledge of fitting shoes would be beneficial but not essential.
