We are delighted to be able to provide you with a convenient collection service. Once your order has been received & processed, we aim to have your order ready for you to collect with in 1 hour. Please bring your order confirmation with you to collect your goods. We will hold your order for a maximum of 2 working days, if your require us to hold on to it longer than this, please get in touch to make a special arrangement.
As soon as we receive your completed order, we will package your goods carefully and will dispatch within 24 hrs. We aim to be post out the same day. This service usually takes 2-3 working day’s but does depend on royal mail normal service.
UK Mainland Only £7.95, your order must be received by us by 3pm (weekdays only).
This courier service excludes weekends. Other Areas please allow up to 7 days. We cannot guarantee this service to certain postcodes.
In exceptional circumstances, including incorrect address information, order payment details will delay delivery may take longer to dispatch.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return an item. We offer an exchange or refund or on any item within 14 calendar days on receipt of the goods.
We expect our goods to be returned in all original packaging, with original labels attached and providing items remain free from odours, have not been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in anyway.
If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable or you have changed your mind, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. Proof of posting will be required.
If goods are returned after 14 days we reserve the right not to offer you a full refund as this is outside our returns period.
If returning goods paid for with a credit note, a new credit note will be issued for the total of goods returned, less postage and valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

No Refund or Exchange will be given without a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or return. Please enclosed a telephone number so we can contact you to obtain your payment details to process your refund.
If a credit note was used as your payment method, as above refunds will be processed via original payment method and a new credit note will be issued for the total of goods returned, less postage. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Please note this does not apply to Items bought in store at any of our shops.
We will not be able to refund any charges incurred on your paypal account.
Naturally, you want to inspect your new purchases, if however you are not entirely satisfied please return the goods to us in the original packaging complete with original labels attached in the perfect unworn quality you received them.
Once your confirmation email has been sent we are no longer able to cancel your order. This is prior to dispatch.
You would need to return the goods, at your own expense, to our store to process a full refund. Please follow our returns procedure.
We check all our products carefully but if you have received a faulty item please follow our returns procedure. Once we have verified the fault we will fully refund you via your original payment method.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. For faulty items that have been worn or washed, we will endeavour to repair your purchase, if this is not possible then we will offer a replacement. If we can not repair or offer a replacement, you will receive a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
