DELIVERY CHARGES

FREE Click and Collect Service

Please bring your order confirmation with you to collect your goods. We will hold your order for a maximum of 2 working days, if your order has not been collected, the goods will be returned to stock and we will refund you via original payment method within 14 days.

ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY

As soon as we receive your order, your goods will be packed and we aim to be post out the same day. This service is a 2-3 working day delivery.

MAINLAND UK, OVER £50 – FREE Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Under £50 – £5 NEXT DAY* Delivery.
*UK Mainland Only, Excludes Weekends. Other Areas please allow up to 7 days.

SATURDAY DELIVERY – DG & TD postcodes, £9
Scottish Lowlands, England and Wales, £26
Scottish Highlands, £36
Service Not available for Scottish Islands.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Wight will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Service.

DELIVERY

We aim to delivery your order within 3-4 working days when posting via Royal Mail Recorded. If you choose Next Day delivery and  your order has been received by us by  3pm, Your order will be dispatched and sent for Next Day Delivery. We cannot guarantee this service to certain postcodes.

In exceptional circumstances, including incorrect address information, order payment details will delay delivery may take up to 5 days.

To always provide exceptional customer service our delivery charges are subject to change.

Please note this does not apply to orders placed with us in store.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return an item. We offer an exchange or refund or on any item within 14 calendar days on receipt of the goods.
We expect our goods to be returned in all original packaging, with original labels attached and providing items remain free from odours, have not been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged in anyway.
If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable or you have changed your mind, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. Proof of posting will be required.
If goods are returned after 14 days we reserve the right not to offer you a full refund as this is outside our returns period.
If returning goods paid for with a credit note, a new credit note will be issued for the total of goods returned, less postage and valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

No Refund or Exchange will be given without a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of cancellation or return. Please enclosed a telephone number so we can contact you to obtain your card details to process your refund.
If a credit note was used as your payment method, as above refunds will be processed via original payment method and a new credit note will be issued for the total of goods returned, less postage. The credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please note this does not apply to Items bought in Our shop.

REFUNDS VIA PAYPAL

If you would like to exchange a product then this can be done instore. If you would like a full refund please see our returns policy above.
We do not accept returns instore for a full refund.
We will not be able to refund any charges incurred on your paypal account.

 

TAKING CARE OF OUR GOODS

Naturally, you want to inspect your new purchases, if however you are not entirely satisfied please return the goods to us in the original packaging complete with original labels attached in the perfect unworn quality you received them.

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Once your confirmation email has been sent we are no longer able to cancel your order. This is prior to dispatch
You would need to return the goods, at your own expense, to our store to process a full refund. Please follow our returns procedure.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We check all our products carefully but if you have received a faulty item please follow our returns procedure. Once we have verified the fault we will fully refund you via your original payment method.
We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. For faulty items that have been worn or washed, we will endeavour to repair your purchase, if this is not possible then we will offer a replacement. If we can not repair or offer a replacement, you will receive a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
